· Roof allocation (Brandon Gabbard)
o In order to avoid anticipated material cost increases roofing contractor, HKC, is recommending we accept the bid for new kitchen roof and pay a $11,000 deposit. This will lock in material cost and work can be completed when Trinity is ready to proceed at a later date.
o Discussion:
o Rebecca Gensler stated deposit can come from donated funds for kitchen renovation.
o Motion by Katie Davidson: “Move to accept the contract and spend donated funds for $11,000 deposit.”
o Motion carried:
· BOR Trustee Draft Policy Discussion and Next Steps (Rebecca Gensler)
o Rebecca Gensler proposed creating an ad hoc committee between the BOR and the vestry to:
§ Determine best term limit options
§ Determine best implementation strategy for new policies
§ Work on better connection between vestry and BOR in the future
o Discussion:
o Motion by Elise Hyder: “Form an ad hoc committee with rector ex officio member, 2 vestry members, 2 at large members, and 2 trustee members to discuss creation and implementation of trust policy regarding their term limits and procedures and best ways to codify the connections.”
